Self-Care Sunday
A double offering to reset your week and reconnect with yourself.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga – Sundays at 4:30 pm (75 min)
Long-held postures, breathwork, and deep stillness. This class targets the fascia and joints to release stored tension and bring calm to the nervous system. A perfect class for slowing down and tuning in.
🌀 Roll & Release – Sundays at 6:30 pm (60 min)
Guided myofascial release using WellRound rounds to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery. You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and more connected.

Gentle Yoga – Thursdays at 7:30 pm (60 min)
A slow, nurturing practice that blends gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful stretching. Ideal for beginners, those working with injuries, or anyone wanting to unwind at the end of the day.
